Day #5
FIRST OFF VAMOSSSSSSSSSSSS ARGENTINA!!!!!!!
I took off yesterday to give my legs a rest. My quads have been very tight. They were tight today but after a mile or so I was feeling good until I hit the up hills and they start to burn again. My route I have a lot of up and downs... its hard to find a flat area around here!
Day by day feeling better and stronger!
