Day # 3
I took Sunday off to recover from my first 10 miles of running after 1 year. I was a little sore but not too bad. This morning (530am run) I woke up a little stiff, but after a mile or so on my run I felt better. My legs are getting back into the grove I am feeling better.
I felt good, pace was a bit better, but still not where I want to be.

I am starting to eat healthier too, with me on the road so much Chic Fila was my go to spot. It most likely will remain my go to spot, but more salads!

I am not taking picture to show off, not my style. I am doing it for me to see my transformation and get back to where I was health and fitness wise.
